The wooden glass dome tent is one of our best-selling products in 2024. This particular glass dome is 6m diameter, which is one of the most standard sizes. In 2023, we customized the wooden glass dome tents with diameters of 7.2 meters and 8.5 meters for the well-known American glamping site, Clear Sky Resort, as well as larger models with diameters of 15 meters, 18 meters, and 20 meters.

Why did Clear Sky Resort choose our wooden glass domes for all the 60 pcs of their glamping hotel tents? What makes our wooden glass dome tents so special? And how the tourists responded?

To begin with, Clear Sky Resort has been collaborating with us since 2021. For their first site, they used nearly 50 of our classic PVC fabric dome tents, which featured eye-catching, themed interior designs perfect for family resort vacations. The site gained widespread attention through American TV and online social media, becoming a sensation across the country.

However, since the campsite is located in a desert area, the high daytime temperatures and large temperature differences between day and night made it clear that the PVC dome tents were no longer sufficient for sun protection, insulation, and soundproofing. As a result, for their second site of 60 glamping dome tents, the client needed a product that could provide 100% thermal insulation and sun protection. This led to the creation of our newly upgraded wooden glass dome tents.

So, what exactly makes our wooden glass domes so outstanding? The material we use is a high-density 18mm thick wooden panel, reinforced with thickened metal edges on both the inside and outside. Despite its lightweight nature, it offers exceptional durability, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, while providing 100% UV protection. Additionally, the soundproofing is excellent, making it ideal for places like Bryce Canyon in the U.S., where during the day it blocks heat to keep the interior cool, and at night it insulates to ensure a comfortable living environment.
