Return and Refund

Since each unit is custom-ordered, we do not accept returns and refunds for any reason.

EXCHANGES

All products are checked for quality before shipping. Should the frame structure, cover, and accessories be faulty, RAX TENT will replace the goods. Since all tent house and tent house components are made to order, we don't exchange or return if it is simply a change of mind, unmet expectations, production delays, customs delays, or shipping delays.

Once payment is made, the order is final, Please make sure to do all your research before confirming any orders, For this reason, all sales are final upon payment, Please understand that there may be delays in the ordering and manufacturing process as these units are not mass produced and each item is carefully and thoughtfully constructed due to this, you may experience longer-than-expected production times.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will provide replacement parts or other solutions for free.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

Tent Houses and accessories may not be returned without prior authorization from the RAX TENT.

Warranty claims should be made by directly notifying RAX TENT in writing to the address below, and/or by telephoning one of the numbers listed. Disclaimers: There are no other warranties expressed or implied unless stated herein.
